The reporting layer is still a bit rigid, but for day- to-day execution this has become one of the few systems people actually enjoy using.
The workflow builder is easy to understand even for non-technical managers, and the role-based permissions kept our rollout clean.
Advanced reporting exports still take too many clicks, and some dashboards need manual cleanup before sharing with leadership.
